hmmmmm I've written so much on here already, now about me.  After High School, I went to The Citadel for 2 days, left lung collapsed, returned for a year at USC-Coastal, then back to Charleston for 4 more years at The Citadel. I Graduated with BS in Education and teaching wasn't my bag.  Moved to Greenville chasing a woman, she got married, I didn't, so I moved back to home sweet home.  Have lived in Myrtle Beach since 1997.  I started my own swimming pool business in April of 2005. My dad married Acey Taylor's mom. My Daughter was born January 6th, 2005.  Step mother went to be with the good Lord in January 16th 2007, I was married July 14th 2007, lost my father in law Oct 25th, 2007 and bought my 1st house December 31,2007.  So it's been a roller coaster ride the past year.  Looking forward to reading everyone's updates and seeing those who attend the 20th reunion, should be a blast.

Edit:  Caroline Lacey was born November 27th at 5:36 pm.  Yes that was Thanksgiving Day.  She's such as blessing.  Momma and baby are fine, other then a severe case of reflux.  Caroline is on medicine now and things are getting better.  She's actually sleeping 1/2 through the night.

Hey everybody, happy 20th!  Sorry I couldn't walk with you guysbut I had summer school that year - I was such a slacker:))   Anyway, after Socastee, I got a BS in Biology from Voorhees College, worked a little; got married (then divorced); in 2000, I completed the Masters program at USC for Social Work and toiled in the profession until I got bored.  I finally joined the Army [again] in Sept. '08 to practice what I love...  I am now a 1st. Lieutenant in the Medical Service Corp and a Clinical Social Worker in the civilian world.  I still don't have any children of my own but ironically, they're one of my favorite populations to work with and the reason I got into the field.  I look forward to reconnecting with everyone... Take care!

     Are we really old enough to have a 20 year reunion? Yikes!!! I enjoyed reading what ya'll have been up to, so I figured I'd add my story.
     After Socastee High, I attended Saint Andrews Presbyterian College in N.C. Graduated in 1991, cum laude, with a BA in theatre, philosophy minor.
    Worked for, Girl Scout honor, I could not make this up: an Opera company in Iowa. I had to return to the South where I could understand people and wasn't invited to watch corn grow. Don't get me wrong, I like corn, but once it's done growing and cooked.
    I was tricked into meeting this geeky guy with the phrase, "He's the only person I know as weird as you are." So, Tom & I married in 1994. Our spoiled "child" is a 3 year old brendle- colored Chihuahua named Speedy. 
    I now work for a fun place selling flags & logo imprinted items. I sew for fun. Tom & I are involved in several history-based groups. 
    We're planning on seeing everyone in the fall. Be warned, Tom wants dirt on my naughty high school years. I've been to his reunions & found nothing. He really was frighteningly squeaky-clean! I've done my best to corrupt him, though!

I can't believe it's been 20 years since we graduated from high school.  I don't feel that old.  

Anyway, I stayed at the beach for a while after graduation and then moved to Kentucky in 1995 after meeting my husband to be at Studebakers in MB.  We have four kids and they are all four legged, dogs.  After graduating with an accounting degree I realized I hated accounting.  I'm currently working on a Masters of Arts in Teaching to teach special education and I substitute teach for all grades.  I'm getting to see what it's like on the other side of the desk now.
